Domestic Delivery Charges

1. Free Shipping for all Domestic orders above INR 2000.

2.Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the packages to be delivered.

3. All Domestic orders will be delivered in 5-6 working days from order confirmation day.

4. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame , we request you to raise the concern .

Exchange Policy

• You can create exchange for products purchased from EDIRA within the specified return/exchange period i,e 7 Days , under my  “My Orders” section. Generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.

• Place the product in a packet and seal it properly to prevent any loss or Damage during transit . Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.

• Products can be exchanged for Size/Color of the same style.

Return Policy

• EDIRA's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on EDIRA  with a valid reason ,within 7 days of order receipt.
• Only condition is that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can raise cancellation request for items ordered  within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Write us at ediradesigns@gmail.com
• Orders shipped from the warehouse, cannot be canceled. How ever  customers can raise return request upon receipt of the order , if the product is faulty /damaged/ incorrect . 
• Customers are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Reverse Shipping charges will be reimbursed to the source account Post Quality check at our Wearhouse.
• Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
• In case of any defective product or incorrect Product shipped by EDIRA, the shipping charges will be bared by the EDIRA , but  if the order placed was incorrect by customer, In such cases customer will have to bare reverse shipping cost.

Self-ship**: Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id and write us at ediradesigns@gmail.com . Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. 

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of return acceptance email confirmation through same mode.

COD Orders are eligible for:

1. Account refund/UPI/Amazon Pay Wallet (We will be sending out a payment link for the same, you can add your details and avail the refund; same will be sent out after pick up & QC check).

Ensure to wear minimal clothing as additional layers affect the accuracy . Place the measuring tape parallel the ground doe correct measurements .
